Located in Sainte Agathe des Monts, Camp Carowanis is a specialized, bilingual camp for diabetic children age 8 to 16. We are seeking dynamic outdoor enthusiasts to fill the following positions:
- COUNSELLORS, age 17 and over
- KITCHEN STAFF, with or without experience, age 17 and over
- LIFEGUARDS, with National Lifeguard Qualification.
- NURSES, with Nursing Degree
- STUDENT NURSES, studying in a nursing program
- INFIRMARY STAFF, age 17 and over
Working Period:
The working period is from June 26 to August 14, 2010. During this time, our program offers 3 2-weeks sessions in which you have bed and board, as you will be lodged in a tent on a platform equipped with cots. You will have 2 days off between each session. No prior knowledge about diabetes is required, you will have a training of 8 days prior the arrival of children.
