Draw

The draw will take place at 2:00 pm on June 19th, 2010 at Camp Carowanis, 5000 Ch. des Pins, Ste-Agathe-des-Monts

Tickets

$5 each
$20 for a booklet of 5 tickets
$50 for a booklet of 3 booklets

Return of payment

Please mail ticket stubs and a cheque or money order payable to The Diabetic Children’s Foundation before June 14, 2010 to:

After that date, please drop them off at the office during business hours, from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or before 12:30 p.m. the day of the draw at Camp Carowanis.

Please note that the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux does not allow us to issue receipts for the purchase of raffle tickets.
All unsold tickets must be returned to the address above. Thank you.
