Dear parents and friends of The Diabetic Children’s Foundation,
It is with great pleasure that we are launching our 40th annual raffle. This is a very important way for the Diabetic Children’s Foundation to maintain the quality of services it has to offer. As friends of The Diabetic Children’s Foundation, we are seeking your help to reach our objective: Raise more than $100,000 by selling our raffle tickets — 1st Prize: Nissan Altima Hybride 2010 or $25,000 cash, 2nd Prize: 12 month lease Nissan Cube 2010.
Since the success of this raffle depends on the involvement of our parents and friends, your participation is essential to the success of this fundraiser. You can make a difference by asking members of your family, friends and colleagues.
Each member that will sell a minimum of 3 booklets will get a chance to win a trip for two to Sol Cayo Santa Maria, Cayo Santa Maria, Cuba, graciously offered by Vacances Tours Mont-Royal. Sell more booklets and increase your chances of winning. Every time you sell 3 booklets you get a chance to win. Get involved and get a chance to go on a trip and have a fantastic vacation! (The rules are available upon request at the office of The Diabetic Children’s Foundation.)

- To Be Part of the Challenge “Tickets for Cuba!”, the participants must fill out the coupon with their name, complete address and phone number.
- Unlimited number of participations. 1 coupon per 3 booklets sold.
- To be eligible for the draw of the trip, the 3 booklets sold (minimum), the payment and the participation coupon must be received at our office before April 23, 2010.
- The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or transferred. No substitutions will be given.
- The raffle “Tickets for Cuba!” will be held on May 7, 2010 during the “Medical Professionals in Pediatric Diabetes Conference” at the Fairmont Manoir Richelieu, La Malbaie.

The 40th edition of The Diabetic Children’s Foundation Annual Raffle will be held June 19, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Camp Carowanis’ Open House, 5000 chemin des Pins, Ste-Agathe-des Monts.
